Common installation issues and troubleshooting
If you see a message like "This app may harm your device" when installing the APK, this is a standard Android security warning for apps from unknown sources. It does not mean our app is unsafe. We encrypt all data and do not collect unnecessary permissions. To proceed, tap "Install anyway." If the APK download fails, clear your browser cache and retry. On iOS, if Safari does not let you add roblpx to your home screen, ensure you are using Safari 12 or later and that you have enough device storage. If you forget your roblpx password, use the "Forgot password" link on our login page; we send a reset link to your registered email within subject to verification.
Data, permissions, and account security
